Owner Builder Financing Pre-Qualification

Pre-qualification for owner builder financing is nearly as easy as qualifying for a refinance. The only information needed to see if you qualify are your current liabilities, current income, and the proper documentation.

Once pre-qualified, we will know the maximum loan amount you qualify for. From that point, we can go over your plans, the land cost, and come up with a budget in order to close on your construction to permanent loan.
