Option #1 - By Yourself, But Not Alone
For those families who wish to build their own home, but need a little extra guidance and support, we offer a discount consulting program to help you throughout your build. Some ower builder companies charge upwards of 2.5% - 5% for the same service we offer at a fraction of that price, which is taken out of your loan, not out of your pocket. You may as well hire a General Contractor if you're going to pay much more that. Our discount consulting helps you maximize your equity, but still gives you a line of support if problems arise.


Option #2 - DIY Pro "No Assistance"
Maybe you're in the business and need no assistance in building your own home. Do you have a background in home building? Then, chances are you may have what it takes to go at it alone. For this program, we just get you the financing.

Option #3 - Hire a GC DIY Not For Me
Time is extremely valuable for all of us, but we understand that there are those of you out there who can barely spare a few minutes a day between family and work, but want a custom home, we'll help you get the financing to be able to hire a General Contractor.
